Hi, could it possibly be under "Manage my account or booking. Tonyt.

You need to go into manage my bookings then select the check-in tab you need to select each passenger in turn and enter the booking reference each time. I personally think the new website is very user unfriendly. Any more probs let me know

Yes, congratulations to the 3 year old who designed Wizz's new website. A major achievement in that the prices don't roll over in front of your eyes.....as the web page loads!! Rolling Eyes

Do Wizzair contact you to remind you to rejoin the Exclusive Club. We joined around this time last year but have heard nothing from them. No surprise there of course. Rolling Eyes

Yes they sent me a renewal email but there was no benefit so I just rejoined when it suited me at the same price.
