weight limit is 32kg not 20kg,and you have the option of an extra case to bring more over

tools in checked in baggage, i.e chisels, screws, screwdrivers are fine, even taken a chainsaw over with NO oil or petrol in them for obvious reasons, hand baggage is a definate no no

We took one over last year in my case and a circular saw in wifes case along with handsaws, no problems at all.

Yes
we always fly with wizz air from luton and it was including blades, as long it is packed in checked luggage you have no problems.

No problem at all in checked baggage. It is just hand baggage where you can't take sharp stuff which is fair enough.
