DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!

This guy Bill Foster or William Foster has taken over £6K of our money! We signed a contract with him in October and the deal was 50% up front plus 25% after three weeks plus 25% on completion. We took references before we signed. The guy has not done any work since the end of November. Since the beginning of January he has stopped all contact with us. He has now told us he is not doing the work but refuses to refund our money.

paul-alice - we owe you a huge apology. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and he has now ripped us off too.

Do not believe a word this guy tells you! He will take your money, do a bit of work then stop communicating with you.

We have contacted our lawyer today to start the ball moving on this but no doubt Bill will change his name, phone number etc has he has done in other cases!

Yet the guy is taking on more work! I have written evidence that he is quoting for new work - no doubt to pull the same scam as he has done here and with paul-alice.

If anyone wants further info then please contact me. I can show you every email and text from this guy.

BEWARE! This guy is not what he claims to be and he has the cheek to call himself British!!

paul-alice - if you want further info then please contact me as we have already discussed.

I had a guy check the property for me last weekend and he believes that Bill has done just over 300 levs of work on the property.

We have been far too trusting!

We signed the contract towards the end of October so we were about three months in. Work was meant to finish at the end of Feb. Bill was not making any contact so I hounded him for updates. He came back to me saying that he wanted to end the contract and refund money. That was over two weeks ago.

I had a guy go to the property to estimate the amount of work that had been done so that we could establish how much money was to be refunded. Bill has done about 300 levs of work.

He has told me today via text to contact a lawyer.

We paid as per the contract which was 50% upfront, plus 25% after three weeks. We had checked from the referee who claimed that this was the case with their contract. We did this so that we were not in breach of contract.

We hired Bill prior to the paul-alice scandel so you could imagine our horror when we read that post!

In total, Bill has just on £6K of our money and has done 300 levs work!

We did not have the work checked after three weeks. Bill told us that the 50% deposit was to purchase all the material and labour for the demolition phase. The 25% after three weeks was for the heavy machinery that would be needed for cutting through concrete and laying foundations, steel work etc.

We have relied upon Bill and trusted him too much.

I had him on the phone two weeks ago shouting and swearing at me because he did not like the fact that i was tring to find out what was going on.

About time all on this site decided enough was enough of Bill and all did something to ensure he never trades again in BG!!

You may do well to speak to the member Stevea, you will usually find him lurking in the chat room, 8)he and bill had a meeting in Varna a week or 2 ago, they were discussing there forthcoming partnership Shocked

maybe he could help you with the problem bill as left you with. Sad

Bill will not be prepared to do anything.

All he is interested in is getting your cash, doing a bit of work to show that something is happening and give you confidence, then he scarpers!

No doubt he will change his mobile number as he did during the paul-alice saga!!!

The guy tells so many lies and he forgets what he has told you. Told us that he could not take pictures one day because he left his camera on his car and it fell off and broke. Two days later, he tells me that he has found his camera and he can now take photos!! he never mentioned anything about losing the camera. Have it all on email!

People should be made aware about this guy and his scams! About time we all did something to ensure that no one else gets stung!!
