Can any one tell me if there are any fabric or curtain material shops in Shuman or preferably Nova Pazar, I want to make all my home furnishings.

Shumen (with an"e") has one in the street running from the Central post office down to the Old Polyclinic (Dimitur Blagoev Street).

There must be one in Novi Pazar but I am not sure where. have a walk around the - very small - pedestrian zone.

There is a lovely material shop on 1 Osvobozhdenie square (opposite Kontessa pastry shop, not far from the Central post office and next to the Public Health office). They finish carpets, too.
