Having just gone on to Balkan website to book flights for July I put in the dates I wanted to book for 2 people& the price came up as Ł432.90 total price

the price has increased I rang Balkan & after 15 mins was told that the Ł541.13 was the correct price has anyone else had this problem? I pointed out that this very misleading. & was told that she would get the IT people to look at it

Hi,
Yes its the same in May, different price when you clip book flight.
Somebody has got it wrong at Balkan and they need to sort it out pronto,

Hi

We had the same problem today with july flights.

e-mailed them and we were also told that it was a mistake and the higher price was correct.

If their website is not corrected on saturday I have an e-mail drafted to send to trading standards with screenshots of the two prices

The wheel has come full circle....what choice do we have now that other carriers that we had been hoping for have pulled out? My colleague bought a place in Turkey shortly after we bought in BG. She has a choice of flights as tourism is being pushed. We would be Bulgarians had a glimmer of hope when some interest was taken by flight carriers but we are now back to relying on Balkan. Actually...as I write this I must thank goodness for them so i can still get there whatever...!

This does seems to be contravening "Trading Standard Legislation", from what I understand, and normally the vendor is obligied by law to sell at the advertised price.
Unless there is different legislation for internet purchases???? Anyone know?
Everyone should do a screen print and send it to trading standards. The company are normally obligied to sell to you at that the advertised price or face stiff penalties under law.
