Hi all
was having a wander round Varna this week when we came across what used to be the Bulgarian Properties office.....a big yellow building. I see its now a bank....don,t know which is worse...a real estate agency or a bank..  . Just wondering is this another company gone to the wall. ? We bought through them in 2004 but they soon showed thier colours and we withdrew from anything to do with them. |

This happens to be the second post in the last hour I've read about these people who are nothing but thieves!!
I know the name's very generic but they are the same rouges and thieves!! Very flash website alot better than it was in 2005! Maybe I'm wrong but I really think not! Take care folks!!! |

Liliana, whilst remaining neutral we have to say this company has for some years now been run under separate area franchises. This means that each office is only as good as the staff running them, and therefore we cannot allow you to decry the company as a whole based on experience and/or rumour of just 2 or 3 offices.
To all - let's please let this topic remain for answers regarding the Varna branch; whether they still exist, moved or whatever, rather than a criticism as a whole.

I was just about to make a similar comment. Surely it's a bit unfair to label all companies 'rogues and thieves' if they have the words 'Bulgarian Properties' in their name ? Are you even talking about the same company ? There are several companies with similar names who are NOT related to each other.
And where, in the last hour, has this company ( whichever one it is ) been discussed ? I can't find anything.

The "original" Bulgarian Properties franchise office in Varna split completely from the Bulgarian Properties Group 3 or 4 years ago and renamed themselves BGP Services Ltd. They kept the same offices, staff and clients, just the name was changed. Their head office was in a very grand, renovated old building in the centre of Varna. I don't know if they are still there or not.
Bulgarian Properties Ltd opened a new franchised office in Varna under their name a couple of years ago on Vladislav Varenchik Blvd (according to the web site). |

| As far is I was aware the Varna branch was company owned. if you email them you still get a reply so maybe they have either moved or consolidated into another office. |
