However if the commercial skiing appeals then Bulgarias best resort Bansko is just 55kms away.
The house occupies a 600m plot formed as a garden and although the village has its own bars and small shop the city Blagoevgrad which has all amenities is just 10kms away as is the famous and very tranquil Rila Monestry . The house comprises a very large cellar, on the forst floor lounge, diner, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. On the top floor there are two very large bedrooms with views over open countryside. The house also has its own garage come workshop. fully walled corner plot looking out over amazing countryside and the Rila The condition of the house is good but some cosmetic modernisation would make it perfect.
