Running water and electricity were connected in the house. An asphalt road goes past the estate. The house, as a whole, is in good order. If you want some repairs to be made, you can rely on our professional builders
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2000 sq. m. The owners grow some vegetables and fruit trees. A well meets irrigation needs. There is a farm building.
The lovely village of Pitovo is supplied with all main amenities – medical and mobile service, à post office, regular bus transport to nearby towns and cities, shops and cafes.
