Not in bad shape at all, just needs painting inside and of course, bathrooms bringing inside. It has water and electricity already. The roof is OK but being honest will need some repair for peace of mind sometime in the future -something we can help you with. Other than that, you could move in straight away.

There are cheaper areas to look at, but you have to ask yourself why - there aren't many Bulgarians left who don't know the price of things. Also, many don't fancy the coast, ski resorts or the hot and dusty plains. There is growing interest in something a bit different, traditional village life with a beautiful time-gone-by quality of life - this might be also be for you....especially if you like the idea of a nearby European Capital.
