The house is in very good condition and doesn't need any repairs. The new owners can only refurbish it before their moving. A stone fence encloses the house and its garden.
FIRST FLOOR: Downstairs there is a glazed entrance hall, three spacious rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet,
SECOND FLOOR: Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor where four rooms, connected with a corridor, are situated.
GARDEN: The area of the yard is 2000 sq. m. It isn't being currently cultivated. Some trellis vines, vegetables and fruit trees were planted. There are a few farm buildings.
The village is very well-developed. There is medical and mobile service, regular bus transport, a post office, shops and cafes.
