PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: A charming, one-storey, brick-built cottage, plastered and rendered, is our offer. The house was constructed slightly above the ground level and some stairs lead to a large veranda and the front door. The accommodation has 40 sq. m. living space and comprises, except the veranda, two cosy rooms, a kitchenette and a corridor. There is an outside toilet, provided with a septic tank, but there isn't a bathroom. The running water and electricity were connected inside. A wire fence surrounds the property. An asphalted road passes by it. As a whole, the house is in good repair and needs renovating a bit. Our firm has a team of competent builders, whose services you can rely on.
GARDEN: The area of the garden is 1900 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently but a few fruit trees and trellis vines were planted. There is 100 sq. m. farm building.
The village of Sokol has all necessary amenities such as a medical centre, a mobile network, regular bus transport to near towns and villages, a post office, shops and cafes.
