Living Area

On the left of the hallway are the two bedrooms with the view to the garden and the Stara Gora Mountains, both rooms are with the size of 3.20m/3.30m.
Land Area
The size of the yard is 1360sq.m. There are fruit trees all around the yard and a few wine trees. Nobody looks after the garden but it’s still in a good condition. A plot of land bordering the yard with the size of 2000sq.m. is for sale as well and it belongs to the same owner. When you go into the yard the house is on your left, the toilet is on your right. The cattle-shed is on the left side of the back garden. There are lots of fruit-trees such as peach, plum and wine trees. The toilet is in the front garden. There is a half-riuned cattle-shed on the side of the yard.
It’s a brick house built in the 40’s. Nobody lives in the house at present, the toilet needs to be relocated inside.
Location
The village is 12km from SPA Center Strelcha and 25km from another International SPA Center Hisar. There is a minimarket in the village, and also a church, school, a traditional style restaurant, Post Office, Police Station and a few local café-shops |
