The properties are located near the centre of the village; they are approachable through two roads – an asphalt road on one of their sides and gravel one on the other. The village itself is well developed, providing a medical and a mobile service, a post office, food shops and cafes. An artificial lake, suitable for fishing, is located just 2 km away from the village. Those purchasers keen on hunting would be able to keep practicing it due to the woody countryside typical for this region. The village of Paskalevets is located in an easy access to the town of Veliko Tarnovo – the old capital of Bulgaria, attracting a large number of tourists with its historic monuments.
