The capital city Sofia is 300 km away. Also the village is close to the border with Turkey and the customs Lesovo. This village is located in one of the most preferable for living places in Bulgaria, because nothing is too far from it. Not further than the summer resorts Golden Sands and Sunny Beach are the ski resorts Borovetz, Pamporovo. Only Bansko is a little bit far. These facts ensure fast and easy access to the amenities of the modern life, such as restaurants, cafes, banks and hospitals. In the village there is food shops and cafe. There is a medical centre and a pharmacy in the village. The nearest hospital and emergency centre is in the town of Elhovo-on 20 min drive. Characteristic for the area are the picturesque nature, the well-developed infrastructure and the high interest from many foreign investors. There are three dams, which are situated in close proximity, and tens of other small brooks and artificial lakes make the region proper for fishing. If you are practicing hobbies like hunting for example, you can travel few kilometers to one of the mountains Sakar or Stranja. Among their deep deciduous and coniferous forests you will find many great spots, which would be perfect to use your rifles. Further benefit of the property is the peaceful atmosphere, which is provided by its wonderful location. Eight hundred English families have already appreciated the features of this region.
