The third piece on the property is a solid shed with a built-up area of 60 sq. m. The most outstanding feature here is the combination of the Balkan and the Luda Kamchiya River, and the proximity of one of the symbolic places of the wine production industry in Bulgaria - Sungurlare. The village has been declared as an ecologically clean area, suitable for rural, mountain, adventure, cultural and agro tourism. There is a small, centuries-old forest of oak trees, the “Chatal Kain” cave, and the Luda Kamchiya River. There is a dam and a mineral spring. |
