Does anyone know if SOLVIT helps with consumer rights? This is a problem with a BG company, seemingly stalling on consumer rights. If SOLVIT is not the place to go to, then does anyone have info on any consumer rights people in BG. (i know a lot of you are now laughing, i would be too if it weren't...

On an observation point of view, I used to live in Granada in Spain and was surrounded by Olive trees. In the winter it did get very cold and often snowed. You actually have to get quite a way south of Kulata before you start to see olives and by then you really are into a rather different micro-climate. Before we came here I was reading about a guy in Plovdiv who was trying to breed hardy olives which could regenerate each year if they were cut back ...

An attempt to kick start the discussion on growing olive trees in Bulgaria. We have a home in the foothills (400m elevation) of the Rhodopes just south of Plovdiv and have had two fairly young olive trees planted outside now for two full winters. Despite winter temperatures regularly dropping well b...

We always pre-book with Stoychev & Son - they operate out of Plovdiv but will transfer pretty much anywhere. We have never had a problem with them.

NO! Even more than 5 months in advance for a September flight the costs are in-line with those offered by BA (and thats before checking in baggage).

After a great deal of research we bought our kitchen from Dialog in Plovdiv. Solid wood units, manufactured to fit, complete with drawer dampers, roll-out trays, in-unit lighting etc. We were very happy with their service and can recommend them. http://www.dialogbg.com/ I have to ask how much ? It is the components that you can get with an IKEA kitchen that sell it to me... The drawer dampers - the metal roll out trays as opposed to shelves, metal pan drawers. I have not found that here, at a reasonable price. for a reasonable quality. I do know a few kitchen suppliers in Yambol and have ...
